Why is your website so bad? it's one of the worst sites that I've used apart from BT.

I have bought from you in the past but you make it so difficult with this website, it is not easy to navigate and must be losing custom. if you just make it simpler to use you'll find you will get more custom, it looks as if you are trying too hard to make it work.
